Meet the Team
Jamie Thorne, Support Technician- I started with EC Computers as an apprentice after always having an interest in IT services and coding. I have now passed this apprenticeship and am looking forward to putting the skills developed through this to good use. I cover both Helpdesk and Support so will be one of the main points of 1st line response, I look forward to seeing how I can help you.
Dan Coles, Support Technician- I have a very logical and processed way of thinking which has always lent me to helping others. With a passion for computing it made sense that I use all of these skills to join an IT Support Apprenticeship with EC Computers. I have now completed this qualification but still work in Helpdesk and Support to ensure best practice is met for our customers.
James Eveleigh, Helpdesk Manager- After working in EC Computers as a technician for many years, I have built up the knowledge and passion for supporting our customers with the IT services and reviews. I now lead our team of technicians, assisting in more complex cases and focus the rest of my time on project development to ensure we are offering the best services for all situations.
Charlie Oldham, Admin Manager- With over a decade of experience in customer service, I enjoy putting our client’s first and ensuring that everything is in place to best benefit them. I am compulsively organised so enjoy the full to-do list of managing the back of house processes and procedures to ensure best outcome to business and customers alike.
Tiegan Pine, Finance Manager- I enjoy helping those around me, whether it be my colleagues or our clients. Watching people grow into something bigger and better is really inspiring. I have always worked in accounting and like the focus that I can get from following the related processes.
Jonathan Smith, Account Manager- EC Computers is my pride, after over 30 years working with the company in all different capacities I enjoy seeing it grow and develop in reflection of the industry needs changing. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and have a passion for matching customers with the best services for their needs.
John Williams, Director- I took on EC Computers in 2023 after many years success in a similar company of my own. My passion is helping people to solve everyday problems using technology and this has been an underlying principle in the development of the business. Too many times I see businesses overwhelmed with problems that should not exist – my philosophy in life is to make things as simple as they need to be. Our clients regularly tell me this is what we deliver, simple and cost effective solutions that do what they need to do.
