Support Engineer
A full-time support position requiring a confident, mature and professional attitude with good communication skills at all levels. Good experience of working within the IT Support industry is essential together with technical ability and problem solving skills with proven record of configuring and maintaining a wide range of Servers and Networks including Internet and Firewalls. You will be expected to work primarily on-site and provide technical backup to Sales and IT Support Team. A full and clean driving licence and a willingness to learn is essential as is a smart appearance and professional attitude.
Support Technician
A full-time support position requiring a confident, mature and professional attitude with good communication skills at all levels. Experience of working within the IT Support industry is essential together with the ability of good problem solving skills and proven record of configuring and maintaining a wide range of PC's, networks and printers. You will be expected to work primarily in-house providing help desk telephone remote support to both clients and team members with a fair proportion of time spent on-site. A full and clean driving licence and a willingness to learn is essential as is a smart appearance and professional attitude.
