Christmas network freeze - Telecom Suppliers freeze non-essential work

During the Christmas holiday period several of our suppliers will implement network freezes during which non-essential work will be restricted. They are as follows:

BT: Full embargo for Children in Need, Black Friday and Cyber Monday; Thursday 28th November 23:00 - Monday 2nd December 2019 - 23:59 – Black Friday/Cyber Monday

Monday 9th December 00:01 to Monday 16th December 00:01 – Christmas Pre- Embargo Service Protection.
Monday 16th December 00:02 to Thursday 2nd January 2020 23:59 – Full Embargo Christmas and New Year.
Thursday 2nd January 23:59 to Monday 13th January 2020 12:00 - Christmas Post-Embargo Service Protection.

Virgin Media: Monday, 16 December 2019 08:00 GMT till Monday, 6 January 2020 08:00 GMT.

Vodafone: Black Friday 29th November 2019 to Monday 2nd December 2019 inclusive. Then Monday 23rd to Thursday 26th December 2019 inclusive and Tuesday 31st December 2019 to Thursday 2nd January 2020 inclusive.

KCOM: Monday, 16 December 2019 00:00 GMT till Monday, 6 January 2020 24:00 GMT

SSE: Thursday 12th December 2019 at 17:00 through to Monday 6th January 2020 at 08:00

TalkTalk Business: Tuesday 17th December 2019 to Thursday 2nd January 2020


From Thursday 2nd January at 9am onwards back to business as usual.
